Each result includes the conference name, website, location, attendance size, contact info, estimated speaker fee range, and a fit score from 1 to 5.

Stage Scout uses AI to identify active conferences with external speaker programming. Results are based on known conference data. Booking windows and submission deadlines move frequently, so we always recommend verifying directly with the organizer before you pitch. The tool is a powerful starting point, not a live booking database.
The more specific your profile, the stronger your matches. If your first search feels too broad, go back and add more detail to your audience description, refine your topic list, or adjust your category selections. You can also save multiple profiles for different versions of your speaker brand and run each one independently.
Yes. You can save as many named profiles as you want, for example "Healthcare Keynote" or "Women in Leadership." Load any profile with one click and run a new search without filling out the form again. Profiles are stored in your browser and persist across sessions.
No. Stage Scout gives you the research and pitch starting points that used to require either a booking agent or hours of manual searching.
